This is the shareware version of the WWIN(Now EMWIN) receivable on VHF in some cities or satillite download from GOES 8 & 9.  This is a demo version and will not allow you to minimize it. It is a self extracting file with 3 parts.  Run through file manager and see readme.txt for more information.   It allows the processing of the EMWIN, Emergency Managers Weather Information Network, available for use anywhere from one of three ways:  Internet download, satellite download of GOES EMWIN signal, or local VHF broadcast.  This software is in use by Emergency Management professionals and commercial consumers of weather information.  Gives ALL watches and warnings, stellite pictures ,near real-time radar; over 6500 different items FREE from the National Weather Service.  For complete Version(3.0), email screenname KCWX for more info.
